This role is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all residents, visitors, staff and protecting Community property. This includes, but is not limited to, providing security, medical, and additional services for residents, as needed. Complete daily rounds reports. Responds to all fire alarms and emergency calls. Continuous patrols of property and facilities. Completes incidents reports (regarding medical response calls, theft of property, accidents, fires, serious mechanical malfunctions, emergency response, and violations of rules and regulations). May perform other duties as assigned. Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. EMT certification required. Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform simple arithmetic. Previous security experience preferred.
