Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed12:00 PM - 06:00 PMThur06:00 AM - 06:00 PMFri06:00 AM - 06:00 PMSat06:00 AM - 06:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, monitoring access points, and supporting emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Monitor entrances and restricted areas, verify identification and credentials, and document visitor, staff, patient, and vendor access according to site protocols. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with site contacts and emergency personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unsecured areas, and other security-related concerns. Assist with directing foot traffic, answering questions, and providing guidance to patients, visitors, and staff while helping to support an orderly environment. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
