What You'll Do: Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Control access at entrances and vehicle gates by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, maintaining visitor and contractor logs, and directing deliveries to designated areas at the food and beverage location. Monitor cameras, alarms, and access control systems, reporting unusual activity and helping to deter unauthorized entry and/or policy violations. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying site leadership and/or emergency services as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter, checking doors, loading areas, and restricted zones; working environments and conditions may vary by location. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
