What You'll Do: Greet visitors, employees, and vendors in a professional manner while following site-specific screening procedures at the location. Perform screening duties such as checking identification and monitoring access to help to deter unauthorized entry. Assist with enforcing company policies and procedures related to access control and security-related matters. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols. Monitor entrances and exits to help to deter potential security-related issues within the food and beverage environment. Communicate clearly with team members and site personnel regarding security-related concerns and/or incidents. Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities as needed. Minimum Requirements: A guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
