Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong communication and customer service. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWed03:00 PM - 11:00 PMThur03:00 PM - 11:00 PMFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate channels. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access to the location by observing people and vehicles, verifying credentials when required, and reporting suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations. Support daily operations by completing routine reports, communicating with property management and/or local contacts, and assisting with security-related inquiries in a courteous manner. Minimum Requirements: Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
