As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will conduct regular patrols within a financial institution setting, helping to deter security-related incidents and offering a reassuring presence to employees and visitors. Your role will involve remaining visible throughout the location, providing outstanding customer service, and communicating clearly with all individuals. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat08:00 AM - 04:00 PMSun08:00 AM - 04:00 PM What You’ll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting clients and visitors as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution's premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and address any security-related concerns. Maintain detailed and accurate records of observations, incidents, and activities during patrols. Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and/or client representatives regarding any issues or incidents observed during patrols. Follow all site-specific protocols and procedures to support the security-related objectives of the location. What We’re Looking For: Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements: A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
