What You'll Do: Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as directed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including the business interior and its perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues. Observe and report any suspicious activity, security-related hazards, or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel. Assist visitors and employees by providing information and directions as needed, while maintaining a professional presence. Work closely with location management and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns and support site operations. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
