You will monitor and patrol interior and exterior areas, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help discourage security-related issues. You will respond to alarms and access control activity, support badge and visitor processes, and communicate clearly with tenants, guests, and site teams. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, location policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including providing initial assistance and timely notification to property management and/or public emergency services as needed. Conduct regular and random foot patrols of building common areas, garage areas, loading and delivery zones, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and property activity, verify credentials when required by location policy, and address loitering and/or trespassing concerns in accordance with post orders. Complete required reports and logs such as patrol activity, incident documentation, and maintenance or hazard observations, and communicate relevant updates to on-site contacts and/or Allied Universal supervision. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age. A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
