You will conduct routine rounds across hospital areas, maintain a visible presence that helps reduce security-related incidents, support staff and visitors with strong communication and customer service, and document observations and concerns. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation support and timely notification of site leadership and/or emergency services as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations; working environments and conditions may vary by assignment. Monitor access points and common areas, observe for unusual conditions, and assist with directing foot traffic and/or vehicle traffic in accordance with site procedures. Complete required reports and logs, document incidents and observations accurately, and communicate security-related information during shift handoff to support continuity of operations. Minimum Requirements: Work in a hospital environment where vaccines are present. Work in a hospital morgue environment. Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED. Be 21+ years of age. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital environment. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
