Monitor access to the location and verify identification or credentials as required by site-specific policies. Assist with visitor registration and maintain accurate visitor logs in accordance with established procedures. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and Allied Universal guidelines. Communicate clearly with site personnel, emergency responders, and/or Allied Universal management as needed during incidents. Perform security-related administrative tasks such as answering phones, directing calls, and monitoring surveillance systems from the front desk area. Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting individuals with directions and information as appropriate. Follow all location policies, procedures, and instructions related to security-related activities and emergency response. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
