As a Front Desk Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will welcome visitors, manage access, verify credentials, and support a professional lobby experience. You will monitor cameras and alarms, document security-related activity, communicate clearly with tenants and staff, and respond to concerns with calm, caring service. What You'll Do: Provide customer service at the front desk by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities for a commercial real estate location. Control access to the property by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or tenant authorization, issuing visitor badges when required, and directing guests to the appropriate suites or contacts. Monitor lobby activity and building systems such as cameras, alarms, and access control panels, reporting irregular activity and/or maintenance concerns through the proper channels. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting on-site management and/or emergency services as needed and documenting actions taken. Complete reports and front desk logs such as visitor entries, deliveries, incidents, and shift turnover notes, and communicate key information to Allied Universal leadership and/or property management. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
