As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine patrols, and stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site teams and visitors, and deliver customer service that reflects Allied Universal values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and drivers by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production and distribution location. Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential hazards; working environments and conditions may vary by site. Monitor access points such as entrances, badge checkpoints, and delivery and shipping areas; verify authorization, direct foot and vehicle traffic, and assist with visitor management and/or contractor check-in. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate updates to site contacts and/or responding personnel as needed. Complete detailed incident reports, shift logs, and patrol documentation; report maintenance concerns, suspicious activity, and policy issues through established channels. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
