What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the retail location. Monitor access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a secure environment within the retail and mall premises. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal guidelines. Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail store and its perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity and identify potential issues. Assist with emergency response activities as needed, in accordance with site procedures and Allied Universal protocols. Observe and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual activity to the appropriate personnel. Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter theft, vandalism, and/or other unwanted behavior. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Must have 6+ months of Security experience or the equivalent. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Comfortable using a computer or tablet. Access Control and Badge experience. Customer service experience.
