You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and report concerns with clear communication. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by carrying out Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial property location. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of common areas, parking areas, loading areas, and building perimeters to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and/or security-related concerns. Monitor access points and observe for unauthorized entry, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations, reporting issues per post orders. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting onsite management and/or emergency services as needed. Complete timely reports and logs of patrols, incidents, and security-related observations, and communicate relevant updates during shift transitions. Minimum Requirements: A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
