What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and/or visitors by following site-specific security-related procedures and access requirements at an aerospace and defense location. Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify hazards or unusual conditions. Monitor alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems as assigned, and report suspicious or unusual activity through established notification and escalation channels. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with on-site teams and/or local emergency responders as directed. Complete daily activity logs and incident reports with accurate, timely details, and support compliance with site policies such as badge checks, visitor processing, and key or asset control. Minimum Requirements: An active DoD Secret clearance is required. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR certification is preferred and may be completed post hire. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
