What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues. Monitor access points and observe activity within the facility to help to deter theft, vandalism, or other unwanted behaviors. Document and report any incidents, observations, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal and client procedures. Assist with controlling access to restricted areas within the facility, verifying credentials as required. Collaborate with site personnel and law enforcement as needed to address incidents or emergencies within the food and beverage environment. Minimum Requirements: Lifting up to 20 pounds is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
