As a Front Desk Officer with Allied Universal, you will be the welcoming first point of contact at a busy location, supporting a secure environment through security-related access control, visitor check-in, and badge management. You will monitor activity through computer and/or tablet systems, respond to requests with clear communication, and help to deter incidents through a professional presence. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, employees, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Operate the front desk by greeting and directing visitors, managing access entry processes, issuing visitor credentials when authorized, and maintaining sign-in and/or sign-out logs. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, document events, and communicate concerns to Allied Universal site leadership and/or the appropriate contacts. Minimum Requirements: Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
