What You'll Do: Provide customer service to facility staff, drivers, and visitors by following site-specific security-related procedures and access guidelines. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications and documenting actions taken. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, trailer yards, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor entrances, gates, and designated checkpoints, verifying identification and/or shipment paperwork as required by post orders. Complete detailed reports of patrols, inspections, incidents, and irregular conditions, and communicate updates to site contacts and Allied Universal supervision. Minimum Requirements: Have 1+ years of security-related experience. Be 21+ years of age. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
