As a Security Officer based in our Limassol office, you will be a visible representative of the company, combining strong security awareness with excellent customer service, discretion, and professionalism. This role is ideal for individuals who understand security within a corporate hospitality setting. We are seeking a reliable, professional, and Customer service-oriented Security Officer to ensure the safety, security, and smooth daily operation of the building, its employees, visitors, and assets. The ideal candidate will be vigilant, approachable, and capable of handling both security duties and front-facing interactions with professionalism. • Monitor and control access to the building; • Screen visitors and confirm authorization before entry; • Issue visitor badges and maintain accurate visitor records; • Monitor CCTV systems and report any suspicious or unusual activity; • Carry out regular internal and external patrols of the premises; • Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, emergencies, or security breaches; • Assist employees, guests, and contractors in a professional and courteous manner. Ability to support reception and front-office operations when required; • Enforce building security procedures and company policies, to be able to follow SOP’s; • Conduct safety checks throughout the building; • Support emergency response procedures, including evacuation when needed; • Maintain clear and accurate incident reports, logbooks, and handover notes; • Report hazards, maintenance concerns, or unsafe conditions immediately; • Work closely with management and other departments to maintain a safe environment; • Knowledge of emergency and evacuation procedures; • Ability to identify suspicious behavior, unattended items, or security risks; • Understanding of data confidentiality and privacy when handling visitor information. • Valid Security Guard License; • Previous experience in security, building security, or a similar role preferred; • Fluency in Greek and English; • Good communication and interpersonal skills; • Professional appearance and behavior; • Strong observation skills and attention to detail; • Ability to remain calm under pressure; • Good knowledge of visitor handling and access control procedures; • Knowledge of CCTV monitoring and incident reporting; • Completed First Aid and Fire Safety training (will be considered as an advantage); • Physically fit and able to stand or walk for long periods if needed; • Flexible and willing to work shift changes when required; • Good computer skills for logs, emails, and badge systems. • Work in the modern office in the center of Limassol with Team of open-mind people; • The Company cover 50% of annual cost of Healthy Plan, which employee will decide to set up with any Insurance Company; • 21 working days of paid vacation; • An additional 12 days off per year instead of public holidays. Responsibilities
