What You'll Do: Greet and assist employees, visitors, and/or clients at the front desk while maintaining a professional presence. Monitor access to the location by verifying identification and/or credentials in accordance with site-specific policies. Provide customer service by answering questions, giving directions, and addressing concerns in a courteous manner. Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or concerns to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or client contacts. Follow all site-specific procedures and Allied Universal guidelines to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity at the location. Assist with visitor and/or package management processes as required by the client site. Minimum Requirements: Have 1 or more years of law enforcement experience or 2 or more years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3 or more years of security-related experience. Be at least 21 years of age. A guard card or license is preferred. Access control or badge experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
