As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal in a commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and tenants, helping to deter security-related incidents through your presence and professionalism. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies. Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Assist with emergency response activities as required, including communicating with appropriate personnel and/or authorities. Maintain accurate records of daily activities, visitor logs, and incident reports as directed by Allied Universal and site management. Support building operations by providing information and assistance to tenants, guests, and vendors as needed. Help to deter unauthorized access or disruptive behavior through visible presence and professional conduct at the front desk. Minimum Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience. Must be at least 21 years of age. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
