What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a financial institution location. Monitor access to the facility by verifying identification and/or visitor credentials as required. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols. Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate for the site. Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences at the desk. Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to address inquiries and provide information as needed. Support efforts to help deter unauthorized access or disruptive behavior at the front desk area. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
