What You'll Do: Greet and assist visitors and employees at the front desk, providing professional customer service in accordance with location-specific policies and procedures. Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials and maintaining visitor logs to help to deter unauthorized entry. Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as needed. Communicate and collaborate with location staff and Allied Universal management to report security-related concerns and/or unusual activities. Follow emergency response protocols when appropriate, providing guidance to visitors and employees as required. Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter security-related incidents and promote a welcoming environment. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
