What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed. Control access at the lobby or reception area by verifying identification, issuing temporary visitor credentials, and maintaining visitor and delivery logs in accordance with location requirements. Monitor cameras, alarms, and/or other security-related systems from the front desk and report unusual activity, hazards, or policy concerns to the appropriate contacts. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications to site leadership and/or emergency services when directed by post orders. Support security-related administrative tasks such as answering phones, routing inquiries, documenting incident details, and preparing shift handoff notes for continuity. Minimum Requirements: Alarm panel experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
