What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk. Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response activities when appropriate. Maintain accurate records of visitor and contractor logs, and report any unusual activity to the appropriate personnel. Assist with communications and information dissemination to staff, visitors, and/or students as needed. Support Allied Universal in helping to deter unauthorized access and/or activities at the location through professional presence and adherence to protocols. Minimum Requirements: Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
