What You'll Do: Greet and assist employees, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner at the front desk of a tech and media location. Monitor access control by verifying identification and managing visitor logs to help to deter unauthorized entry. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific protocols. Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal and client requirements. Monitor lobby and entry areas using surveillance systems and/or direct observation to help to deter suspicious activity. Provide clear communication and customer service to clients, visitors, and staff, addressing inquiries and offering assistance as needed. Assist with emergency response activities, including alerting appropriate personnel and following established procedures. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
