What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity, with working environments and conditions varying by location. Monitor for security-related risks and report any suspicious activity or incidents according to site protocols. Assist visitors, employees, and/or contractors with directions and information as needed while maintaining a professional presence. Collaborate with Allied Universal management and local law enforcement as required for incident response or investigations. Minimum Requirements: Proof of high school diploma or GED is required. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
