Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon11:00 PM - 07:00 AMTue11:00 PM - 07:00 AMWed11:00 PM - 07:00 AMThur11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Pre-Employment Requirement: Valid Driver's License - AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123) What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to property management and/or Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or property damage. Monitor access points and observe on-site activity, assisting with visitor interactions, tenant concerns, and after-hours building access in accordance with location procedures. Support daily operations at a commercial real estate location by reporting maintenance-related issues, unusual conditions, and policy violations while maintaining a professional presence. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A state, county, and/or city issued security-related license is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
