Job Description As a Security Officer Industrial Patrol Specialist in Fort Collins, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a manufacturing and industrial location. Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents, and you will provide exceptional customer service while maintaining clear communication with all personnel. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.29 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon08:00 AM - 04:00 PMTue08:00 AM - 04:00 PMWed08:00 AM - 04:00 PMFri08:00 AM - 04:00 PM What You’ll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the overall security-related functions at the manufacturing and industrial location. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and to observe for any unusual circumstances. Document and report any incidents, hazards, or suspicious activities encountered during patrols and while on duty. Work collaboratively with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to maintain a secure environment at the manufacturing and industrial location. Remain alert to potential security-related concerns and provide assistance to employees, visitors, and contractors as needed. What We’re Looking For: Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
