What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activities. Monitor visitor activity and help to protect cultural assets within the institution by maintaining a visible presence. Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and/or patrons to address questions or concerns related to security-related matters. Observe and report any security-related irregularities or incidents to the appropriate personnel or authorities. Support Allied Universal and the client by maintaining a professional image and adhering to all assigned duties. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
