What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any unusual conditions. Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within the food and beverage location to help to deter theft, vandalism, and/or other unwanted activity. Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and/or suspicious behavior according to site protocols. Assist with controlling access to restricted areas to help maintain order and compliance with site policies. Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns and support incident response efforts. Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Being at least 21 years of age is required. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
