Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $24.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon10:00 AM - 06:00 PMTue10:00 AM - 06:00 PMWed10:00 AM - 06:00 PMThur10:00 AM - 06:00 PMFri10:00 AM - 06:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out site-specific procedures, managing visitor access, and supporting security-related protocols for a financial services location. Monitor lobby activity, greet employees and guests, verify identification and/or credentials, and document arrivals, departures, and deliveries in accordance with location guidelines. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with Allied Universal leadership and/or location contacts as needed. Answer phones, provide directions, support badge and key control processes, and complete required reports related to front desk activity and other security-related matters. Help to deter unauthorized access by maintaining a visible front desk presence, observing surrounding activity, and reporting concerns, hazards, and/or policy issues promptly. Minimum Requirements: Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
