THE JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• SIA license essential.
• Full clean UK manual Driving license mandatory.
• Excellent presentation, communication and customer service skills
• General security gatehouse duties with a professional approach.
• Dealing with clients, deliveries, staff, visitors, and contractors.
• Incident response and good incident report writing skills.
• To respond and assist in dealing promptly with emergencies on site.
• Perimeter Patrols in the official vehicle.
• CCTV Monitoring and maintaining a detailed log.
• Flexible and reliable approach - work on shift/rota basis.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• The shift pattern (Day & Night)

SUMMARY

As a Security Officer specializing in Gatehouse Duties and Mobile Patrols, you will be essential in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our organization. Reporting to the Security Manager, your role involves monitoring premises through surveillance, conducting mobile patrols, and ensuring loss prevention. Your core skills in report writing and customer service will enhance communication with staff and visitors. Additionally, your premium skills in CCTV operation and first aid will be vital in emergency situations, while your driving license and time management abilities will ensure efficient patrols and response times.
