What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a technology-focused location. Monitor access control points and visitor management processes, including checking identification, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests according to site requirements. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and notifying Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter routes to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations. Operate and observe security-related systems such as cameras, alarms, and communication tools, and complete detailed reports, logs, and shift handoffs. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
