What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies as outlined by Allied Universal. Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the educational facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to support a secure environment for staff, students, and visitors. Document and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols. Assist with emergency response activities as needed, following site-specific protocols and instructions from Allied Universal. Communicate professionally and courteously with members of the educational community and visitors while upholding the standards of Allied Universal. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
