What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the assigned government location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related issues, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols. Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management and/or site representatives regarding incidents or concerns. Follow all protocols related to access control, visitor management, and emergency response specific to the government environment. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
