What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Monitor for potential hazards or unusual activity and report findings according to established protocols. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members to uphold a secure environment. Complete detailed reports and logs of daily activities, incidents, and/or irregularities observed during patrols. Minimum Requirements: A Transportation Worker Identification Credential issued by the Transportation Security Administration is required. A Guard Card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
