What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner to help minimize disruptions. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities. Observe and report any unusual activity or situations in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures. Support access control procedures for visitors and personnel entering and exiting the location. Maintain clear and concise communication with Allied Universal management, site personnel, and emergency responders as necessary. Document all incidents, observations, and security-related activities in a timely and accurate manner. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred. A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
