What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activities, hazards, or emergencies encountered during patrols. Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and/or the public as required. Work collaboratively with other Allied Universal personnel and law enforcement as needed. Complete required documentation and incident reports in a timely manner. Remain alert and attentive while on duty, adapting to varying working environments and conditions at the location. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
