This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling across various shifts, including days, evenings, and overnights. As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our staff, visitors, and property. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols, monitoring surveillance systems, enforcing access control measures, and responding promptly to emergencies. Ideal candidates will possess strong observational skills, a proactive approach to safety, and the ability to remain calm and decisive in challenging situations. Scheduling: Varying days Varying shifts- 1st, 2nd, 3rd Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of the premises. Monitor surveillance equipment and respond to alarms and incidents. Enforce facility rules and regulations to maintain order. Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and staff. Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor in conflict management situations. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies. Document incidents accurately in reports for future reference. Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies and disturbances. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Reliable transportation. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred but not required.
