What You'll Do: Greet and assist visitors, patients, and staff at the front desk of the healthcare location, providing excellent customer service while following site-specific policies. Monitor access to the premises by verifying identification and controlling entry to authorized individuals. Respond to incidents and/or critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner. Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all visitors, deliveries, and incidents as required by the site procedures. Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and site leadership regarding any security-related concerns or unusual activities observed at the front desk. Support emergency response activities as directed, following established protocols for the healthcare environment. Help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior through professional presence and adherence to procedures. Minimum Requirements: At least 2 years of security-related experience is required. Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
