What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies in a healthcare environment. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for healthcare locations. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or security-related incidents. Assist with emergency response activities as directed, including supporting medical staff and coordinating with first responders if needed. Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and/or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal and client procedures. Provide visible presence to help to deter potential disturbances and/or security-related concerns within the healthcare location. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
