What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or potential hazards to the appropriate personnel or authorities. Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, verifying identification when required, and helping to maintain authorized entry to designated areas. Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergency situations by following established protocols and providing guidance as needed. Maintain clear and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by site-specific procedures. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
