As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned healthcare locations, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and support a welcoming environment. What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate. Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, exits, and restricted areas within the healthcare location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, working with staff and visitors as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols around the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols. Collaborate with healthcare staff to support a secure environment for patients, visitors, and personnel. Complete required reports and documentation of daily activities, incidents, and observations in accordance with Allied Universal procedures. Minimum Requirements: At least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience is required. At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Must be at least 21 years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
