What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies in a healthcare environment. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for healthcare locations. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment. Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying identification, and granting entry as appropriate. Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or potential security-related concerns to appropriate personnel. Support emergency response activities as directed, including assisting with evacuations or medical emergencies when necessary. Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of daily activities, incidents, and security-related observations. Communicate professionally with staff, patients, visitors, and first responders as needed during routine duties and emergency situations. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. X-ray screening experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
