As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a hotel or resort location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help to deter security-related incidents and contribute to a welcoming environment for guests and staff. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting emergency response activities as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel or resort property and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to identify and report any suspicious behavior or security-related concerns. Communicate professionally with hotel or resort staff and visitors, maintaining a visible Allied Universal presence. Complete detailed and accurate incident reports and daily activity logs, documenting observations and actions taken during patrols. Minimum Requirements: A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
