• Monitor Surveillance: Operate CCTV systems to detect and report unusual activity.
• Control Access: Oversee entry/exit points to ensure only authorized individuals enter restricted areas.
• Respond to Incidents: Act swiftly and professionally during emergencies; provide assistance and maintain clear reports.
• Conduct Patrols: Perform regular checks across store areas, including sales floor, stockrooms, and parking lots.
• Support Customers: Offer assistance and address safety concerns to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Collaborate with Team: Work closely with management and staff to uphold a secure and friendly store environment.
