Day to Day: Site Patrols: Conduct regular and random patrols on foot or by vehicle to monitor all areas and detect any unusual or suspicious behavior. Access Control: Verify identification cards, issue visitor permits, and control the entry and exit of employees, contractors, and visitors to prevent unauthorized access. CCTV Monitoring: Observe surveillance camera screens and alarm systems to detect any security breaches or emergency situations in real time. Incident Response: Provide immediate response to alarms, disturbances, medical emergencies, or security risks and take appropriate action, including notifying emergency services. Report Writing: Document daily activities, incidents, near misses, and violations such as theft, vandalism, or security hazards in accurate and detailed reports. Customer Service: Assist employees, visitors, and contractors by responding to inquiries, guiding them, and explaining emergency evacuation procedures. Policy Enforcement: Ensure compliance with company policies, security regulations, and legal safety requirements, and prevent violations by warning or escorting offenders. Safety Inspections: Conduct routine inspections of firefighting equipment, emergency exits, and security devices to ensure their readiness and safety. Collaboration: Work closely with security authorities, civil defense, and emergency teams when needed. Participation in Training: Attend training courses related to security protocols, emergency response, first aid, and workplace safety.
