Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support a caring environment through teamwork, reliability, and integrity while bringing an agile, innovative approach to daily responsibilities. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed05:00 AM - 05:00 PMThur05:00 AM - 05:00 PMFri05:00 AM - 05:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with badge and entry procedures, and communicate with site contacts regarding security-related concerns and/or operational needs. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 6 months of security-related experience. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
