We’re looking for a professional and approachable Security Officer to join our Security team reporting into the Facilities and Security Manager. In this Monday to Friday on-site role, you’ll provide a highly visible and proactive security presence, ensuring the safety of our people, assets, and premises. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in a similar security position or a position of similar responsibility/professionalism
• Familiar with Outlook, Word, Excel and ideally CCTV systems
• Candidates with experience from the armed forces, police service or similar institution are highly preferred
• Professional, disciplined, trustworthy, accountable and able to deal with crisis/emergency situations

• Control access and monitor movement of vehicles, employees, visitors, and contractors
• Operate and monitor CCTV and other security systems to maintain site surveillance
• Respond swiftly and effectively to incidents, alarms, and emergencies
• Conduct regular patrols and maintain a high-profile presence across the site
• Provide first aid assistance and support emergency procedures when required
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and assist with inspections and compliance tasks
